How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes between 5-15 business days. Orders with customisation may take longer than those without due to the printing process so please be patient with us. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can track it along the way!
Can I return or exchange a football shirt?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your football shirt within 14 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the shirt is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or accept returns on customised orders.
I want a specific kit but cant find it. What do I do?
At Kitted Out we do our best to provide as much variety as possible to our customers. If you cannot find the kit you wanted, then please contact us and send us an image of the kit you are after. We will try to source it for you!

How do I care for my football shirt?
To keep your shirt in top condition, we recommend washing it in cold water and air-drying it. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to preserve the fabric and the printed details. We can not accept any responsibility for damages caused during cleaning or drying.
